Classrooms to Climate Action Crusaders
Schools Driving Environmental Change
A unique collaboration - based competition for schools
About the present Cause: “Classrooms to Climate Action”
This academic year (2025- ’26) the Trust has partnered with the Rotary Club of Jamshedpur rcjamshedpur.rotaryindia.org and SrishtiZens, a pan-India network of school eco-clubs, About Us to launch a first-of-its-kind, collaboration-driven national competition for schools titled “Classrooms to Climate Action.”
This initiative is unique because it shifts the spotlight from individual competition to collaboration, measurable impact, and long-term sustainability. Schools work closely with local communities, authorities, and multiple stakeholders to design and implement projects that directly address environmental challenges.
Vision:
Every school in India will become the community hub for creating an environmentally sustainable planet for all living beings to thrive.
Mission:
To catalyze a movement of young change-agents who lead an environmentally conscious life and are inspired to take community action for a greener, cleaner and a sustainable planet, through a collaborative network of School Eco-Clubs across India and beyond.
Objectives of the Programme
1. Promote Environmental Sustainability
To develop a replicable and scalable model of sustainability within and around schools, built on collaboration, innovation, and shared responsibility.

3. Empower Young Changemakers

4. Inside-Out Shift--Nurture young minds & hearts to cultivate values such as compassion, kindness, empathy, altruism, mindfulness--with the conviction that a shift in human consciousness is the key to eco-social harmony.
5. Create Meaningful Volunteering Opportunities
Participants can undertake structured volunteering activities and earn certificates that strengthen their portfolios for higher education and future opportunities.
Present Status
